Country Rose Limited is pleased to announce another international recognition of the highest quality homes we build. On 14th of September 2007 Anna Agapiou, Sales and Marketing Executive, attended the International Property Awards 2007 at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square in London and it was with great pleasure that she accepted the award for Best Development in Cyprus on behalf of Country Rose Limited.

The successful Compose development was assessed according to four criterion, namely: Location; Appearance and Finish; Safety and Innovation and Marketing by a panel of 26 judges comprising some of the top names in the property industry.

The five star award conferred upon Country Rose is the highest accolade possible in this class of awards and is testament to the distinctive, beautiful homes that Country Rose continues to produce.

On 3rd November 2006 we were honoured to receive an award for Best Cyprus Property at the International Property Awards 2006. The prestigious event was held at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square in London and was attended by some of the most prominent and esteemed developers from across the world.

The panel of judges assessing the various categories included some of the biggest names in the property industry including, amongst others, Phil Spencer (Channel 4's Location & Relocation Shows) Jeremy Leaf (Chairman of RICS) and Liz Rowlinson (Property writer for Daily Mail). The properties were assessed from around the world on criteria such as location, appearance, finish, safety and innovation .

The four star award for Best Cyprus Property was presented by Rick Wakeman to Country Rose's Sales and Marketing Director, Panayiotis Makedonas, for the Silver Cedar. Following the event Panayiotis said "as a company we are really pleased to have received this award, which we feel pays tribute to the hard work we put in every day building what we consider to be the highest quality houses on the island".

The Homes Overseas Awards 2005

In February 2005 we attended the most impressive Homes Overseas Awards at the Dorchester Hotel in London.

The Homes Overseas Awards are highly regarded within the industry and the competition within the category for Best Cyprus Villa is intense. The awards are structured so as to give a bronze, silver and gold award to the top three developers in each category.

It was a very proud moment when the gold award for Best Cyprus Villa was presented to Sales and Marketing Director, Panayiotis Makedonas by Sir Matthew Pinsett.

The award was given for the Silver Almond and after the ceremony Panayiotis said "the Silver Almond really is a beautiful house with a stunning design - we are really pleased that the judges recognised the house to be the best villa in Cyprus!"
